What is Victory?

Victory is a rarity within the game. I like to think of it as the equivalent of a 6* rarity for the game as that is essentially what it is. Below I am going to cover the different kinds of Evolution / Awakening in the game and what you need to perform said Evolution / Awakening.


2* -> 3*

The card will need to be max level to perform this Evolution. This Evolution will require any 2 characters that are 2* rarity.

  • The card changes from Bronze to Silver
  • The card art changes
  • A star is added to the star total
  • The outer glow on the name changes to a Blue colour
  • The outer glow on the star total changes to a Silver colour
  • The unit will gain a new skill
  • The unit will gain a new passive
  • The unit’s Leader Skill will improve
  • and of course the max stats and max level are increased.

3* -> 4*

The card will need to be max level to perform this Evolution. This Evolution will require any 3 characters that are 3* rarity.

  • The card changes from Silver to Gold
  • The card receives a background screentone effect
  • A star is added to the star total
  • The outer glow on the name changes to a Gold colour
  • The outer glow on the star total changes to a Gold colour
  • The unit will gain a new skill
  • The unit will gain a new passive
  • The unit’s Leader Skill will improve
  • and of course the max stats and max level are increased.

4* -> 5*

The card will need to be max level to perform this Evolution. This Evolution will require any 4 characters that are 4* rarity.

  • The card art changes
  • The card changes from Gold to Rainbow
  • Background text is added
  • The background screentone effect changes
  • The outer glow on the name changes to a rainbow colour
  • A star is added to the star total
  • The outer glow on the star total changes to a Rainbow colour
  • The unit will gain a new skill
  • The unit will gain a new passive
  • The unit’s Leader Skill will improve
  • and of course the max stats and max level are increased.

5* -> Jump

The card will not need to be max level to perform this Awakening. This Awakening will require the necessary medals from the First of the North Star event.

  • New background text is added to the card and the old text is removed
  • The area below the series logo is extended to the bottom of the card
  • The Gold Stars are replaced with Rainbow Stars
  • More green panels are added
  • The name, type flame and card background receive a prismatic overlay
  • The white band across the card is extended to fit the green panels and receives a new pearl effect finish
  • The card art changes and is now animated
  • The unit will replace it’s old Ultimate Attack with a new one
  • The unit will gain a new skill
  • The unit’s Leader skill will Change
  • In some cases the unit’s Characteristics will change
  • and of course the max stats are increased.

5* -> Victory

The card will need to be max level to perform this Evolution. This Evolution will require any 5 characters that are 5* rarity.

  • The background text is removed and a new quote is placed over the top of the card
  • The Gold stars are replaced with the Victory Logo
  • The area behind the series logo is replaced with a prismatic effect see through panel
  • and of course the max stats and max level are increased.

Victory -> Victory Jump

The card will not need to be max level to perform this Awakening. This Awakening will require the necessary medals from the First of the North Star event.

  • A new quote is added to the card and the old one is removed
  • The area below the series logo is extended to the bottom of the card
  • The Victory Logo is replaced with a Rainbow Victory Logo
  • The green panels are removed
  • The name, type flame and card background receive a prismatic overlay
  • The card art changes and is now animated
  • The unit will gain a new skill
  • The unit’s Leader skill will Change
  • In some cases the unit’s Characteristics will change
  • The unit will replace it’s old Ultimate Attack with a new one
  • and of course the max stats are increased.

Jump -> Victory Jump

The card will need to be max level to perform this Evolution. This Evolution will require any 5 characters that are 5* rarity.

  • The background text is replaced with a quote over the top of the character
  • The area behind the series logo is replaced with a prismatic effect see through panel
  • The Rainbow stars are replaced with a Rainbow Victory Logo
  • The Ore Collection text is also changed to a rainbow
  • The green panels are removed
  • and of course the max stats and max level are increased.

Event Characters

Event characters typically start at 3*. They use their own special evolution material to evolve from 3* to 4* to 5* and finally to Victory. The special evolution material is normally associated to the event it comes from and will be available in the event store, from event missions or as a stage clear reward for the event;

Eg. Gokudera uses dynamite as an Evolution item. You can get these items from the Katekyo Hitman Reborn event if it is on. You need:

  • 3 x 3* Dynamite to evolve to 4* Gokudera
  • 4 x 4* Dynamite to evolve to 4* Gokudera
  • 5 x 5* Dynamite to evolve to Victory Gokudera

Fodder Characters

Fodder characters are currently only available from the Power Up Gacha. Fodder  characters can only be summoned in their 2* or 3* rarity. These units cannot be Overboosted and can only be evolved to 4* rarity. They are evolved through the same method as any standard character.
