Reduce the Damage Dealt by all enemies by a Large amount for 2 turns. Reduce the Ultimate Attack Damage of all enemies by a Large amount for 2 turns, if they have the Cool Headed characteristic, reduce their Ultimate Attack and Skill cooldown Charge Speed by 20% for 2 turns (Cooldown: 22)
