“My Heart is Pounding!” House of Horrors!
In the House of Horrors, characters from another plane of existence have come to join in the fun with you! Clear the event and collect the three different kinds of Candles, these can be traded in for luxury rewards! The stages in the House of Horrors will range from Beginner all the way to Transcendent difficulty with an additional Special Edition difficulty. Special Edition difficulty will be more difficult but the candle drops will be much higher. You can only clear Special Edition once each day. [Candles do not drop with Luck bonuses]
Certain characters will give a bonus multiplier on the number of candles obtained each run. Make sure to check the list in game and include some in your team!
Collect candles and trade them in for a number of rewards, including Enchu!

Soratsugu Madoka a.k.a Enchu will be Wood (Green)
You will also need to purchase the dedicated evolution material “Tiki Mask” in order to evolve Enchu to 6★ rarity. Enchu will be a useful support for the Jumputi Cruise Crisis event!

Runaway! Free Fall – Challenge Event
This special challenge stage will be held for a limited time only. There will be multiple different difficulties available for this stage from Beginner all the way up to Catastrophe! For the first time, a Time-attack challenge stage will be held! When you start the stage, you will only have a limited amount of time to clear the stage before you a disaster occurs! Make sure you defeat all the enemies before this happens in order to clear. As this will be a difficult challenge, all stages will only require 6 bubbles in order to create a skill bubble on this event.
As there are multiple enemies to clear on each stage, characters that attack multiple units at once are recommended. On all difficulties beyond Intermediate, your Legend Summon Gauge will be filled a bit at the start of the fight, in the harder stages your choice of Legend Summon could be key so choose wisely.
Each stage will only consume 1 stamina however there will be no character drops or experience to be gained on these stages. The reward for clearing each stage will be shown on the event.

Transcendent Class Event – Jumputi Cruise Crisis
The Jumputi Cruise attraction has been hit by a massive wave!! When hit by a massive wave, the Maximum HP of all allies will be reduced. Settle this battle before your HP reaches zero. There will be multiple different difficulties available for this stage from Beginner all the way up to Transcendent!
Kaien Shiba will have 100% drop rate on Transcendent Difficulty only but will have a chance to drop on all difficulties. Additionally Kaien will drop at 1 Luck on all stages except Transcendent. On the Transcendent difficulty stage he will drop at 2 Luck.

“Welcome to the Outer Zone” returns!
Welcome to the Outer Zone – An event where you will travel through the Door to the Outer Zone! When you start the stage, you will enter the door and be taken to one of three destinations. Depending on the destination you will face one of the bosses; Misery Stalker, Moteuchi Yota or Komatsu
All 3 characters can be obtained from the stage, but the boss that appears will be random, so prepare to attempt multiple runs of the event. All 3 characters can be farmed to 99 Luck too!

For a limited time only, all Transcendent and Ultimate class events will be returning! Furthermore all Ultimate class events that previously included a Catastrophic difficulty will have that stage restored. It is not currently know if Yamcha’s April Fool’s costume is planned to be made available when this event returns.
Story Quest – “Cell Games” returns!
The Cell Games return! Clear each stage and advance through the event, with stages getting harder and harder as you go on. The boss Cell from Dragon Ball will be available as a drop! They will be Aqua (Blue)! If you can beat the hardest stage (Catastrophic difficulty) then you will be able to earn the Super Cell Costume! This event will only be available for a limited time so do your best to clear the event and earn your costume!

This special gacha will be held for a limited time and will include a 4 characters that will be super effective against Cell in the Cell Games event.

Scar’s Notes
I quite like the idea for this event, it seems like a great way to tie characters from multiple series into one event. I do sort of wish they had chosen to give some smaller series some love in an event like this (at least Muhyo and Roji got something) but it’s still a cool idea and I think it’s fitting for Golden Week. I think Kaien might be my new Aqua luck lead if he’s any good even though I just max lucked my costume Pouf I always quite liked his character.
After seeing what’s coming soon, I think I know what you are all thinking, Dragon Ball will probably be the next Story Event. The cell games event has been re-purposed to no longer include medal collecting and instead be a Begginer – Catastrophe Story event. There is no current indication that any other stages beyond what is shown above will be returning but it is very possible that Dragon Ball will be next if these events are not part of the Golden Week event list, however normally it would say on the banner that it is part of a story event so there is still a good chance it will be in the Golden Week event list for next week.
The Dragon Radar however is a bit different, the file for it was in the Item folder. Items include store currencies, tickets, gacha currencies, booster items and special evolver items and many similar things, basically anything you can typically find in the inventory in game. If the ID Naming convention is being followed for this file, then this dragon radar will be a gift gacha item similar to the Spider Coins used to summon for Shizuku Murasaki during the HXH event. So maybe Bulma or another new Dragon Ball character will be added and it will be used for them, but will it be a part of the GW events? I’m really not sure but I hope so.
So who will be the next Story event? Well the developers have hinted in patch notes that the next story event will come after golden week therefore starting on 05/08. Assuming that the 6 series that have already had one (Yu Yu Hakusho, Dragon Ball, One Piece, Bleach, Naruto & Hunter x Hunter) will not be getting a new one any time soon, we can narrow things down a bit. I think the safest bets right now would be on any series that made it into Jump Force. The only exclusions I would make would be Dragon Quest (because the devs have made end-game Dai a medal unit already), Death Note (because we are already running out of potential Death Note characters) and City Hunter (because it was added to Jump Force due to being favored by one of the developers and is not necessarily big enough to be a Year 2 Story Event). Any other series I think has potential, yes even Boruto.
I know it kinda goes against what I said last time but seeing how the first few events of year 2 played out changed my mind a little. I think the stand out top candidates are Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, My Hero Academia and Black Clover. Not to say that any of those other series are any less deserving or anything, I would love to see them all at some point or another. I just think that those three series are the most relevant and currently popular series in there. The only reason Boruto doesn’t make the shortlist is simply due to us only having had a Naruto event just before the anniversary events a month or two ago.
I think the big battle shonen are seen as having massive potential to make the devs lots of money and bring in a lot of new players, so that’s probably the direction they will go in for now, but I won’t understate the popularity of series like Haikyuu which are super popular but just never made it into Jump Force because they didn’t fit well. I could definitely see a Haikyuu, E21, TPN etc. event coming soon.
I guess my prediction right now will be My Hero Academia to be the next story event. They can’t really go wrong for me right now with the big series that don’t have an event yet, there are a lot of my favorites in there. But I guess we will see very soon, could well be as soon as next Thursday when we typically get a data download to maybe I will see you then 😀
