You can get Cuttings from the Note Book from the Masterpiece of Wammy’s House event. Use these items to challenge the new event God of the New World.

Masterpiece of Wammy’s House
Clear this event and the associated missions to earn copies of Mello from Death Note. Mello will be a Thunder (Yellow) unit. Collect Cuttings from the Note Book by clearing the higher difficulties of this stage.
Additionally, you can collect Investigation Points by clearing this event. Use these in the store to purchase Luxury rewards including Mello and [God of the New World] Light Yagami.

God of the New World
This event can only be challenged using Cuttings from the Note Book
Use the item to unlock this event for 30 minutes. Clearing this event can earn you the MATSUDAAA!! item. This item can be exchanged for copies of [God of the New World] Light Yagami from Death Note. Light will be an Aqua (Blue) unit.
Light can be obtained from missions as well as in the two item stores that will be available.
Additionally, there will be a Catastrophe Class stage for everyone to challenge! Clear this stage once to earn a special costume for Light!
There will also be a community event for this stage.
Fill the gauge by adventuring with friends on this event. Rewards will be given for filling the gauge as a community including Books, Scrolls, Rubies and a special Death Note chat stamp!

Earn the Legend Summon The Four Heroes by clearing this event.
Clear the various stages of this event to earn the Books required to level up the Legend Summon.
